用途：本機(jī)可將0～-5℃的凍肉塊、鮮肉、脂肪、莖類蔬菜等切割成丁、條、片狀，一機(jī)多用，工作效率高。廣泛應(yīng)用于肉食加工中心、餐飲連鎖配送、機(jī)關(guān)高校食堂。
